2. Processing when visiting the website

When this website is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser type) to provide the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). The website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no external services, fonts or analytics tools — all components are served locally.

3. Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, optionally company, phone, topic and message) solely to handle your enquiry. The data is forwarded by e-mail to our sales team. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your enquiry).

4. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as required for the stated purposes or as long as statutory retention periods apply. We delete enquiries once they have been conclusively processed and no retention obligations stand in the way.
